Chef de Cuisine
Native to Santa Clarita, Clayton has moved through the ranks at various restaurants in the valley. Among those were Larsen’s Steakhouse for three years and after moving on to Valencia Country Club, where he rose to Sous Chef. He has had the opportunity to learn from many talented chefs, one being Chef Daniel Otto who he was mentored by while attending ICUE at College of the Canyons. When he is not cooking you might catch him cycling the roads of SCV, camping and snowboarding.
